What are the options for building a prototype?
There are three common routes. In each, the mock-up does not carry over cleanly into mass production.

Frequently asked questions
Can you make a prototype only?
Yes. When you only need a mock-up, we build it with a vetted prototyping partner in China, typically 20–30% below the cost of building it in Korea.
Do you handle low-volume production?
First production runs can start from a minimum order of about 1,000–2,000 units, depending on the product. Production quality matches or exceeds the prototype.
How close is the prototype to the final product?
Function reaches over 90% of the mass-produced product and appearance about 80%. Because production conditions are built in from the start, tooling and molding need fewer corrections.
We already have a prototype but are stuck before mass production. Can you help?
Yes. We can pick up from there with factory matching, a design-for-manufacturing review, and tooling or circuit redesign.
